The Dubai Court of First Instance found the 27-year-old Pakistani watchman guilty of having sex with his compatriot colleague, N.A. the accused will be deported after serving his jail term.

“I didn’t have sex with my colleague against his will… he is a liar and it happened with his consent. I am innocent,” the accused, M.S., told the court earlier.

The Public Prosecution charged M.S. with immobilising his colleague, forcing him onto a construction site then undressing and having sex with him against his will.

The complainant testified to the Public Prosecution: “The accused did it with me twice… he sodomised me at the worksite in Jebel Ali. He surprised me from behind and immobilised me then he undressed and forced himself on me.”During his questioning at the Public Prosecution, the accused confessed that he had sex with the victim twice.
