Chrysler Building lit up for Ramadan. This is a very sad day in the history of New York as the landmarks are sold to those who want to destroy our culture. Will they demand lessees adhere to Shariah laws in the restaurants, and the types of offices and businesses that they lease to?

| The landmark Chrysler Building has been sold to a group of Middle East investors for an undisclosed price.
Bloomberg News says a person with knowledge of the deal said the Abu Dhabi Sovereign Wealth Fund was set to pay about $800 million for the 77-story building. Developer Tishman Speyer Properties still owns a stake and will continue to manage it. The Chrysler Building opened in 1930 and was briefly New York’s tallest tower before the Empire State Building was completed the following year. |
