just as bad as BushI and II is well known for giving China Military Technology. His polices that encouraged Free Trade and Globalization set the stage for the collapse of the American Middle Class. His policies of backstabbing nations like Israel and Serbia to help Islamic causes set the stage for 9/11. It seems now he has been rewarded by the Islamo-Fascists for his war against the Serbs.
