The application of shariah law in Western courts to accommodate Muslim immigrants is rearing its ugly head again.
The field of family law is a very important fundamental legal area and if shariah is able to gain a firm foothold in that area, it would almost certainly have major implications down the road in commercial law and contracts. It’s almost unavoidable.
It is absolutely vital that this proposal be beaten back…
