Al Qaeda released an online video to mark the 10th anniversary of the September 11th terrorist attacks, with messages from the late Osama Bin Laden and his successor, Dr. Ayman Al-Zawahiri.

The message from Bin Laden warned Americans against ‘falling as slaves’ to the control of major corporations and claimed the ‘tyranny’ of capitalism had brought the U.S. to the brink of bankruptcy.

Zawahiri expressed hope that the fall of Arab rulers he said were in thrall to the West would usher in an era of true Islam and Shariah-based governance.

One Response to Videos from the Dead: Al Qaeda releases video on September 11th with anti-capitalism message from Osama Bin Laden

  1. Ah, now it’s capitalism that’s destroying the U.S… But bin Laden’s followers had been saying that it was bin Laden himself who sent the U.S. on the road to ruin.

Which is it, al Qaeda? You can’t have it both ways.
