The Washington Times has published an op ed that points out that the US and the West have done a lousy job of enforcing sanctions already in place against Iran. Among the sanctions already imposed are restrictions against doing business with Bank Melli and Bank Sepah, two of the largest Shariah-compliant financial institutions in the world.
