Dawood Ibrahim is wanted in India for some 1993 Mumbai car bombings in which 257 people were killed. He is also wanted by the United States, which designated him as a global terrorist back in 2003.
Indian authorities, who tend to have very good human intelligence, believe that Ibrahim lives and operates his criminal empire under the protection of Pakistan’s ISI intelligence agency from Karachi.
Once again we see evidence of Pakistani treachery in the war against Jihad.
