Thanks to the nefarious efforts of Congressman Keith Ellison of Minnesota, and a gullible US Congress, it’s just about to get easier to wire money to the home of Al Shabaab–Somalia.
The Feds and banks had tightened this activity because of several cases of Somali refugees and immigrants raising money for the Jihadist terrorist group Al Shabaab.
