Iraq’s ambassador to the United Nations is accusing the Islamic State of selling the organs of captives to fund its terror activities and has asked the U.N. Security Council to investigate.
He said that officials have found several bodies in shallow graves in recent weeks, with missing kidneys and other organs. He also said that at least a dozen doctors have reportedly been executed for refusing to take part in the harvesting, AP reported.
