A New Way to Fund Jihad: Release a Terrorist and then Pay Him

This is maddening. British Muslim Jamal al-Harith was incarcerated at the prison at Guantanamo Bay, only to be released back to Great Britain, which ended up giving him about $1.5 million compensation for his time in prison.

So what did Jamal al-Harith end up doing?
