On Friday, the US State Department issued an advisory via embassies around the globe that US sanctions against the Islamic Republic of Iran are still in force and warned banks, corporations and others against rushing in to re-open business with and in Iran.
The troubling part of the memorandum came at the end where it evidently included the proviso, “until the country fully complies with the nuclear agreement.”
