A New Jersey man pleaded guilty last week to conspiring to provide material support to the Islamic State by financing his brother’s air fare to the Middle East to join the Jihad.

Alaa Saadeh’s attorney told the judge that his client won’t cooperate with the federal government or testify against anyone else under investigation for terrorist activity.

Saadeh, 24, of West New York, faces a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison.

Among other crimes, Saadeh admitted that he allowed his brother buy an airline ticket with his credit card to travel to the Middle East to join the Islamic State.
