Banks, companies face $4.2 billion US lawsuit by 9/11 insurers

US insurers are suing two Saudi banks, companies affiliated with Osama bin Laden’s family, and several charities for at least $4.2 billion over 9/11 attacks, as compensation for damages.
This is not a frivolous suit that the oil-rich Saudi interests will be able to stymie easily as it is being brought by large insurance companies with robust legal teams and substantial resources at their disposal.
