The financial jihadists have been pushing Shariah finance in Africa for some time, as we have archived here on SFW for years.
Now they are reaching into Uganda and the method they are using is from the pulpit. This shows that Shariah finance is in fact a dawa method.
Also note that Uganda is NOT a Muslim-majority nation, so Shariah finance is being used there to proselytize as well.
