In a rare case of true candor, the Canadian intelligence community has named several countries that it is “concerned” about with regard to terror finance. The 2018 Public Report on the Terrorism Threat to Canada.
Syria, Iraq, Turkey, Lebanon, Jordan, Yemen, Qatar, United Arab Emirates as well as Afghanistan and Pakistan were all named in the report.
Conspicuous for their absence were Iran and Saudi Arabia…
